Adding unified voice messaging to any phone system is easy. DuVoice has a very nice and affordable unified messaging solution that allows you to add voice mail to email capabilities. The DuVoice voice mail system includes unified messaging as a standard feature. One of the things I love about this system is it requires no client software in order to get unified messaging working.
DuVoice uses simple SMTP to send copies of voice mail messages to any email address. Messages are sent in the form of a wave file and can be played back using any standard media player such as Quicken or Mediaplayer.
Voice Mail messages can now be organized, archieved, forwarded, or deleted.
Duvoice also adds a single port of fax for fasx to email capabilities.
